Return Policy

If customer is not satisfied with our product, please return the merchandise (in new condition) within 14 days with all accessories in the original box to qualify for a refund. After 14 days refer to our product warranty policy. No refunds will be given to Kickstarter customers and any other purchases not made through our website. Please refer to our product warranty policy.

Warranty covers:
Azpen offers limited manufacturer warranty from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

How long the warranty is effective
Azpen products are warranted for one (1) year for parts and labor.

Who the warranty protects:
This warranty is only valid for the first consumer purchaser.

Restocking Fee:
There is 15% restock fee applied to the returned product without any defective issues.

Return Process

  • Please contact Azpen at (972) 378-5559 to start the return process
  • We will assign you an RMA/Service Ticket Number for your return.
  • This number is require for all returning products.
  • Once this number has been assigned, we will send you an RMA Return Form.
  • The RMA Return Form must be completed, signed, dated and returned with the product and a valid proof of purchase (required).
